What would you like to leave for future generations?
When reading this question I couldn’t help but think about my daughter, and what I’d like to leave her. I’d want to leave her my curiosity and love for adventure. In a world plagued with half-truths and generalizations I want her to be unafraid to look for the truth, and I hope this insatiable desire to know and discover inspires her to take spontaneous hikes in nature with no destination in mind, or open-ended trips to foreign lands. Of course, the ability to cope with solitude and potentially loving it. I also hope she learns to live free from superficialities, this took me a long time to realize myself. And lastly, my love of music and my plethora of mix-bag playlists.
